Ecclesiastically, Holy Nativity of the Lord Orthodox Church is a parish of the Diocese of the South of the Orthodox Church in America. Legally, as confirmed by this letter, Holy Nativity of the Lord Orthodox Church is under the OCA 501 (c) 3 group exemption roster. Therefore, all donations made to our parish are tax-exempt. Holy Nativity function according to the DOS Parish Bylaws as adopted by the parish at its inception.
